自制年糕


材料:brown sugar 150g、片糖 150g、水 270g、糯米粉 340g…做法:brown sugar+片糖+水煮融待凉,将糯米粉加入糖浆里搅拌均匀倒入铺好了香蕉叶的5寸圆模里。中火蒸3小时以上。(切记,+水要煮成深色,蒸出来的年糕颜色会更美
