【紫菜鮮菇湯】



1.白玉菇去根、洗淨,雞蛋打散;2.鍋中加水,放入紫菜;3.再放入白玉菇,煮5分鐘;4.倒入打散的雞蛋,調入鹽、生抽;5.煮開後,關火,調入雞精、香油,撒上青蒜末即可
