《《椰糖碱水糕》》

材料:
A) 粘米粉-200g 薯粉-200g 椰浆-300mI 班蘭汁-300mI 碱水-1汤匙半
B)椰糖-3片, 糖-100g ,水-300mI
 C)椰丝-半粒 盐-少许
 做法:
 1)拌匀A
 2)煮溶B 直接倒入A拌匀,过筛。
3)倒入模蒸15分钟。
 4)C混匀后蒸5分钟。
